2020 Season Results & Banquet Qualifier Information

The 2020 season has came to a close and it was quite a ride. Dealing with a pandemic required a lot of adjustments to the schedule and events. But we banded together and accomplished it despite the hurdles and we want to thank you for understanding and supporting MWXC through this time. We are now preparing for the awards banquet and will be releasing more information in the near future.

The official results and banquet qualifier information is now live and can be found here.

The Official Class and Overall Standings shows where you placed compared to every rider that raced in your class as well as where you placed overall. The Banquet Qualifier shows who qualifies to come to the banquet. If your name is on the qualifier, then you may purchase a banquet ticket once they become available. The 2020 MWXC Awards Banquet will be January 9, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Congratulations to every rider! We look forward to seeing you at the 2020 MWXC Awards Banquet.

Competition Bulletin 2020-6: Round 4 Postponed

TO: 2020 MWXC Racers

FROM: MWXC

DATE: May 25, 2020

SUBJECT: COMPETITION BULLETIN 2020-6:

As we continue to work through the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand and empathize with all of our racers. We are ready to go racing again too! Indiana is currently in stage 3 of the Back on Track plan. This allows only 100 people in each segment or section of a sporting event or venue.

Stage 3 is currently set to be from May 22nd to June 13th. We are hopeful that the next stage will allow us to return to racing. You can review all Indiana guidelines and follow the Back on Track plan here.

We are working hard to determine a revised schedule for our 2020 season and will have more to announce soon.

In the meantime, MWXC reminds its racing family to use common sense:

  • Wash your hands often
  • Use social distancing and avoid coming into close personal contact with others
  • If you are sick, stay home
  • If you are really sick, go to the hospital

The health, safety and welfare of our riders and fans is our top priority and we will keep our race community apprised of all further developments.

As many have witnessed the magnitude of COVID-19’s effect on our country, we have been instructed to adjust our schedule accordingly per state mandates. As it appears that there may be an end in sight and we look to the possibilities of returning to our regular routines we are unfortunately no quite there. Due to this we must postpone Round 3 (Hunt Creek Madness) at North Salem, Indiana. We are currently researching all available times that may offer a usable date and we will notify you when we have decided on a final date for Hunt Creek Madness.

We continue to urge the sick and the vulnerable (the elderly and those with underlying health conditions or compromised immune systems) to avoid large events and public gatherings, including our (MWXC) events. MWXC will comply with restrictions imposed by federal, state and local authorities, including the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding this matter.

In the meantime, MWXC reminds its racing family to use common sense:

  • Use social distancing and avoid coming into close personal contact with others
  • If you are sick, stay home
  • If you are really sick, go to the hospital

The health, safety and welfare of our riders and fans is our top priority and we will keep our race community apprised of all further developments.
