ACCIDENTS
MWXC is committed to making your visit with us as safe as possible, but we’re prepared in the event of an accident. If you’re involved in, or witness an incident during your visit, please notify the nearest security guard, track official. Please allow emergency personnel to respond to incidents promptly and without interference.
ALCOHOL POLICY
If you choose to drink alcohol during your visit, please do so responsibly and be considerate of fans and racers. We reserve the right to remove any person, for any reason, and will contact local authorities if we believe you are acting in a manner that is contrary to the law or that may endanger yourself, others or any property.
FAN CONDUCT
Offensive signs, public intoxication and profanity will not be tolerated.
FAN/PIT RIDING
Fans are not permitted to operate pit vehicles without a pass, including but not limited to motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, ATV’s, SxS’s or golf carts. Anyone caught riding without a pass faces the loss of riding privilege and/or racer disqualification. Anyone under the age of 18 must be wearing a helmet. Only MWXC staff are permitted to operate motorized vehicles during an event.
SPECIAL NEEDS PERMITS
For our fans with special needs, you may apply for a Special Needs Permit at Event T’s. A Special Needs Permit only allows motorized vehicle operation in the pit area only. No vehicles are allowed to be taken into the woods, track or trails.
FIRST AID CARE
First aid care can be found near Registration.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and found articles should be submitted to Event T’s trailer. All items will be held for 30 days. Item will be returned to claimant once an accurate description of item is given.
PARKING
Parking is free at all MWXC events. Do not park on or near the race track or any roadways. Please do not block any traffic lanes in the pits.
PETS
We welcome you to bring your pet(s) to our events. But please be responsible for your pet. All pets must be leashed at all times and you are responsible for any and all removal of your pets waste. Unruly, obnoxious or violent animals are not welcome and will be required to be removed.
SECURITY
MWXC staff will be on site to assist you if you require assistance. Please notify the nearest event staff and the appropriate person and/or authority will be sent to your location.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
All vehicles, containers, bags, backpacks and similar items are subject to search by MWXC at any time. A list of prohibited items includes, but is not limited to;
- Fireworks
- Drones
- Glass containers of any type
- Illegal Substances
- Laser Pointers
- Projectiles of any type
- Weapons: Guns, Knives, Mace, Handcuffs, Nightsticks, Blackjacks or other items.
- Any item MWXC Staff deems a safety hazard to fans or racers.
We take our fans safety seriously. Prohibited items found during inspections may be confiscated, returned to owner’s vehicle, or discarded, as determined in the sole discretion of MWXC Staff. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to local authorities. No item(s) may be left at the front gate.
MWXC RADIO
Fans can tune their FM radio to listen to the broadcast of MWXC Radio. You can listen to race commentary, interviews, highlights and important event details and information. The FM station will be posted at Registration.
RE-ENTRY
Fans may exit and re-enter the venue. You will need to show your wristband for re-entry.
FEEDBACK
